This Privacy Policy explains how Ballvolt ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App. By using Ballvolt, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Ballvolt does not require you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, email, or contact details. However, the App uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device & usage data — device type, operating system version, app interactions, and approximate region, used to display and measure ads.
• Advertising identifiers — such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), used to deliver and measure advertising. On iOS, this is only used if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Purchase data — when you buy "Remove Ads", a record of the transaction (but not your payment card details) is processed to grant your purchase across your devices.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties, each with their own privacy policies:

3. How We Use Information

• To display advertising and keep the App free to play.
• To process and restore your "Remove Ads" purchase.
• To understand performance and fix problems.

Your game progress (levels, coins, gems, upgrades) is stored locally on your device and is not collected by us.

4. Advertising & Your Choices

On iOS you will see a prompt asking whether the App may track you for advertising. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

5. Children's Privacy

Ballvolt is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will remove it.

6. Data Retention

We do not maintain personal accounts. Data collected by the third-party services above is retained according to their respective policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
